Ghostral is an AI chat service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use it. You're responsible for the prompts you send and how you use the outputs you receive.

Acceptable use

Ghostral runs an uncensored model with minimal refusals, but it is not a license to break the law. Don't use it to create child sexual abuse material, to plan violence, to target or harass others, or for anything illegal where you are. Accounts used for such purposes may be terminated.

No warranty

Outputs are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate. They are provided “as is,” without warranty, and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
